Staff keep answering the same questions. Spreadsheets run the operation. Off-the-shelf tools almost fit, then fall over at service.
what we do
- Map the workflows eating hours — menu updates, allergen checks, service notes, reporting — and build only what earns its keep.
- Ship internal tools, staff apps and dashboards on stacks we can actually support: Laravel, Next.js, WordPress, APIs.
- Use AI where it speeds structured work (parsing a menu spreadsheet) and never where it should decide allergen facts.
- Rescue brittle older systems when ripping them out is not an option yet.
