the problem

You have six venues and everything is duplicated. Menus drift, allergen pages disagree, and 'the group website' is six microsites pretending to be one.

  • Design a shared spine: group story, shared content, per-venue pages, menus and bookings.
  • Centralise menu and allergen data — Quiteful or otherwise — so a dish change is not a six-site treasure hunt.
  • Give each venue its own hours, location, events and booking path without forking the whole stack.
